* In the daily participation fee is included: participation to the scientific meetings on that day, name badge, coffee breaks and lunch, entrance to the exhibition area. A bag and a certification will not be given.

* A limited number of registrations will be taken for the courses.
* For participate to course programme, course fees must be deposited with the congress registration fee.
* VAT is not included in the above rates.
* All participants and company representatives are obliged to register.
* All registrations are confirmed upon completed payment. To receive a confirmation for your registration, please send a copy of your payment receipt to the congress organisation secretariat Panorama Tourism via fax or email.
* In the registration fee are included: participation to the scientific meetings, congress bag and special books, name badge, entrance to the exhibition area and social activities.
* In order to make use of the discounted registration fees, the payments have to be made before the 17th February to the bank account below, the registration form and a copy of the payment receipt has to be send to the congress organization secretariat Panorama Tourism via fax or post.

CANCELLATION POLICY
* All cancelations have to made directly to Panorama Turizm and confirmations have to be received in writing. Cancelations which haven’t been done in writing will not be valid.
* For cancelations made in writing until 3rd January 2011 total fee amount will refunded. However a service fee of 20 € will be charged.
* For all cancelations between 3rd January 2011–11th March 2011 %50 of the total fee will be refunded.
* No refund will be given for cancelations requested after 11th March 2011
*All refunds will be made after the congress. All bank charges will be cut from the amount refunded.
