Congress Language
The language of the congress is Turkish. In the sessions of foreign participants, simultaneous translation to Turkish will be performed.

Registration and Information Tables
The registration and information table in the Istanbul Congress Center will start working on April 26, 2011. Registration and information tables will operate between April 26 – 30, 2011 from 08:30 to 19:00. All our guests will be welcomed by the employees of Panaroma Turizm who are in charge.

Credit facility
All sessions of the congress will be credited by “TTB-STE Crediting Committee”.

Permits
Congress invitations that will be requested to be given to institutions will be sent to the requesting participants via congress secretariat. This kind of invitation letters will only be used for the purposes of permissions.

Certificate of Participation
a certificate of participation will be given to all participants at the end of the congress.

Exhibition Areas
During the congress, a large space is assigned to companies for exhibiting their products in the field of medications, medical materials and books. Entry to the exhibition areas requires registration to the congress.

Awards
The best presentations will be graded and awarded.
